Emails sent from Planhat that use Planhat’s high-volume delivery mechanism via SendGrid are currently queued up and not being sent. This is due to downstream issues with our email delivery service SendGrid.
Our team actively working in collaboration with SendGrid on resolving the issue. All messages will be delivered as soon as the fix is in place.
Email delivery via Gmail or Outlook is fully operational.
